Québec refundable tax credit for people aged 70 or over with low or moderate income. The maximum is $2,000 per eligible individual, up to $4,000 for a couple where both spouses are 70 or over.

Reside in an eligible province (QC)
Be at least 70 years old
Net family income under $82,308
How to apply
File a Québec income tax return and claim the credit on line 463 if it is not already granted automatically.
Confirm marital status on December 31, because the maximum and reduction thresholds depend on couple status.
