Quebec's last-resort financial assistance for a single adult or a family WITHOUT severely limited capacity for employment. The basic benefit is $800 a month for one adult and $1,238 for two adults, plus a $45 adjustment and, where capacity for employment is temporarily limited, an allowance of $169 (single adult) or $291 (couple). The total therefore runs from $845 to $1,574 a month.

Report all your resources: liquid assets, property value and household income determine both eligibility and the amount.
Report any change in family situation, income or housing without delay.
