Ontario financial support paid to the parent or guardian of a child under 18 who lives at home and has a severe disability. The payment runs from $25 to $678 a month and covers extra disability-related costs. Total household income must be $77,640 or less; the amount also depends on family size, severity of the disability and extraordinary expenses. The maximum is indexed and adjusted each July.

Provide evidence of the child's disability and of the extraordinary costs it causes.
