Eligibility depends on net income and household make-up: $42,870 or less for a family with children, including single parents; $30,009 or less for a couple without children; $27,151 or less for a single person. Coverage applies to eligible drugs on the provincial formulary.

How to apply
Complete the Prescription Drug Program (NLPDP) application and attach net income information.
Allow about seven business days: the eligibility letter is mailed within that time for 90% of cases.
Show your card at the pharmacy; coverage applies to eligible drugs on the provincial formulary.
