Refundable, non-income-tested credit for Manitobans who provide unpaid care or supervision for more than 90 days to a person assessed as needing care level 2 or higher. Flat amount of $1,400/year.

Reside in an eligible province (MB)
Have a dependant with a disability
How to apply
Have the care recipient assessed (care level equivalent to 2, 3 or 4) and complete the required provincial registration.
Personally provide unpaid care for more than 90 days.
Claim the credit on the Manitoba income tax return and keep supporting documents.
