Manitoba's deductible-based drug plan, open to anyone covered by Manitoba Health regardless of age or illness. The annual deductible is a percentage of adjusted family income — from 3.45% below $15,000 to 7.77% above $75,000 — with a $100 floor. Adjusted family income subtracts $3,000 for a spouse and for each dependant under 18. Once the deductible is met, Pharmacare pays 100% of eligible prescription drug costs.

How to apply
Complete the Pharmacare application and consent authorization form and send it in before the end of the benefit year (31 March 2027).
Report line 150 income from the 2024 Notice of Assessment, for yourself and your spouse.
Nothing to claim afterwards: purchases are recorded at the pharmacy through the Drug Programs Information Network.
