Housing · QC
Quebec tax credit of up to $1,400 for buying a qualifying home located in Quebec. It targets first-time buyers — people who did not live, in the year or the four previous years, in another home owned by them or their spouse — and also people buying a home intended to become the principal residence of a related person with a disability. The credit is split between everyone entitled to it for the same home.
Eligibility conditions
Reside in an eligible province (QC)
How to apply
Complete the Home Buyers' Tax Credit form (TP-752.HA) and file it with your Quebec income tax return.
Check that the home qualifies: detached, semi-detached or row house, manufactured home, mobile home, condominium or apartment in a multiple-unit residential complex, located in Quebec.
Split the credit if several people are entitled to it for the same home.
