REFUNDABLE Quebec tax credit for work bringing a home's waste water treatment system up to standard, for a home you own that is your principal residence (or, under conditions, a cottage). The agreement with a qualified contractor must have been signed after March 31, 2017 and before April 1, 2027, and the expenses paid in the year claimed. The maximum credit per home for the years 2017 to 2027 is $5,500.

How to apply
Reside in Quebec on December 31 of the year claimed.
Sign the work agreement with a qualified contractor before April 1, 2027 and pay the expenses in the year claimed.
Complete form TP-1029.AE and attach the certificate of compliance TP-1029.AE.A to your Quebec income tax return.
